Hans B. Nadler, a European trained pastry chef has shared his trade techniques with our staff for over 50 years. He has won numerous awards for his contribution to the bakery industry. His greatest achievement was being honored as the 2011 International Baker of the Year.

Nadler’s continues with its tradition to focus on fresh baked quality pastries and products and providing excellent service to the customer. The addition of a unique wedding cake boutique, another first for San Antonio, allows Nadler’s to showcase the latest styles and trends in wedding cakes. The responsibility of this task belongs to the Nadler’s second daughter, Alexia Janine.
